International Yoga Day celebrations held at Nirguna Mandir

How to look at life differently? Yoga says, there is a way of looking at life from your lower self, which is called the jeevatma, there is a way of looking at life from the higher self, called the paramatma. This shift of perception from the lower self to the higher self, will lead you from samsara to nirvana, from a sense of deficiency to a sense of sufficiency.

Talk On Personal Excellence Through the Bhagavad Gita

One of the most ancient texts of the world, the Bhagavad Gita provides invaluable insights into the human condition. The Gita is, in essence, a conversation between the guru (Krishna) and his pupil (Arjuna). In his talks, Swamiji delves into the deeper meaning of this timeless conversation.

Through his talks, Swamiji unravels complex concepts of birth, death, karma, dharma, among others, answering some of the most profound questions of life

Principles of Healing and Growth Management

Let the sunshine back into your life. Healing requires a paradigm shift; the program works to remove hurt by enabling that shift. We, all of us, have a 'hurt' body and a 'bliss' body. Our 'hurt' body continues to get affected by the negatives that life throws our way, drawing from negative experiences to create more negativity.

We will employ methodologies such as Yoga Nidra to address habitual patterns, deep seated hurt and insecurities.

A picture speaks a thousand words, or so the saying goes. ‘The River of Life’ is just such a book where pictures speak as much as the words themselves. A coffee table book, the first of its kind by Prasanna Trust, it unfolds the truth behind joyous living, revealing that happiness is not something to be pursued, but rather, realized.
